After Sant Thakar Singh introduced Sant Baljit Singh to the large crowd on February 6, 2005, the morning festivities continued with devotional songs and poems. Sant Baljit Singh then gave this powerful discourse. He encourages us to get out of the snare of desires and to make the best use of this life. He talks in depth about the two “spiritual thieves” that keep us from our goal: lust and greed. Not only does he explain them, but he gives the remedy for each. At the end of his satsang, Sant Thakar Singh spoke again and shared his thoughts and feelings. He emphasized the points made by Sant Baljit Singh and also explained more about the great gifts of Sant Baljit Singh and his power to fulfill all spiritual wishes of the devotees.
