You may return any unopened item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.  Please include the packing slip and the returns form. Due to the nature of published materials, we are unable to accept opened items for refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

Defects: If a product is defective, we’re happy to send a replacement at our cost, including shipping.
